Upgrade without losing your setup

Every CAD user knows the routine after an upgrade: hunting for the option you changed three years ago, re-adding support folders, rebuilding a custom toolbar, re-loading LISP routines. progeMOVE replaces that afternoon of clicking with a short, guided process. It reads the older installation, shows exactly what it found, and lets the user tick only what they want to bring over.

What progeMOVE moves

• Settings — every option and system variable you changed, search folders and support paths, save format and PDF printer. Anything you never touched keeps progeCAD 2027's new defaults.
• Screen layout — your workspace, ribbon or menu bar and color theme, so progeCAD 2027 opens the way you are used to.
• Menus and aliases — your own menus, toolbars, ribbon panels, commands, command aliases and workspaces, merged into progeCAD 2027's new menus, including changes made inside progeCAD's own menus.
• Tool palettes — your palettes and tools, including block tools that insert from your own folders.
• Startup programs — the LISP and other programs in your APPLOAD Startup Suite load again in progeCAD 2027.
• Your files — linetypes, hatch patterns, plot styles and other files you made or changed are copied; your own block, template and LISP folders stay where they are and progeCAD 2027 is pointed to them.

1. Install progeCAD 2027, start it once so it sets up its folders, then close it.
2. Open progeMOVE. It lists every older progeCAD it found. Pick the one to bring forward and click Start migration.
3. Review the list and untick anything you don't want. Report (PDF) gives you the exact steps to do it by hand, free.
4. Or click Migrate. With an unlock code, progeMOVE does it all in about a minute, then opens progeCAD 2027 with your setup.

Built to be safe

progeMOVE was designed around one rule: never put a working setup at risk.

• Your old progeCAD stays as it is. progeMOVE only reads it, and you can keep using it side by side.
• A new profile, nothing overwritten. Your setup arrives as a new progeCAD 2027 profile, such as "Migrated from progeCAD 2026". Other profiles are not touched.
• One-click Undo. Everything progeMOVE changes is backed up first, and Undo last migration puts it all back.
• Only what you changed. Settings you never touched keep progeCAD 2027's defaults, so you still get the new version's improvements.

progeMOVE is available now. The download, scan and PDF report are free. Automatic migration is unlocked with a one-time code for $99 per computer, available only from the progeCAD USA online store; on that computer, Migrate and Undo can be run as often as needed.

Requirements: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit); progeCAD 2027 Professional installed and started once; an older progeCAD 2022, 2024, 2025 or 2026 Professional (English) on the same PC and Windows user. No administrator rights are needed, and an internet connection is required once to unlock.
